Spindled cell Tumors




SLAM
o   Spindle cell SCC - Keratin +
o   Leiomyosarcoma - Smooth muscle actin (SMA)+
o   Atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) - CD68+, Vimentin+, CD99+, Procollagen-1 but really considered diagnosis of exclusion
o   Melanoma - S100+
